Drivers
How do I become a Topping driver?
Apply on the Drive with us page. We review your application and documents, then set you up with the driver app.
How are drivers paid?
Drivers earn a share of each delivery's price, shown on every offer before accepting, and are paid every week. Pay for time on jobs never falls below Ontario's minimum wage, and tips go to drivers in full.
Are drivers employees?
Drivers work as independent contractors, with the protections of Ontario's Digital Platform Workers' Rights Act: pay information, minimum wage for time on jobs, weekly pay periods, and written notice before removal.
