How Scheduled works
Choose the day and a delivery window, from 24 hours to 30 days ahead. The narrower the window, the higher the fee.
Delivered when it suits the person receiving it
Choose any business day ahead, then choose how precise the delivery should be: any time that day at the Next-day price, or a shorter window for an extra charge. The shorter the window, the higher the charge. You see it before you book.

How do I book a delivery?
Book online in about a minute: enter the pickup and the drop-offs, choose a speed and confirm. You don't need an account. You can also call us during business hours.
What can you deliver?
Documents, parcels, boxes and bulky items such as furniture and appliances, up to 8 ft long. For a single item over 100 lb, contact us for a quote. Some items can't be shipped: see the prohibited and restricted items.
Which size should I choose?
Choose the smallest size card that fits each package's size and weight:
- Envelope: documents or a mini parcel, flat or tiny, up to 1 lb
- Small: a shoebox or backpack, fits in 18 × 14 × 8 in, up to 10 lb
- Medium: a moving box, longest side up to 24 in, up to 35 lb
- Large: a TV, a chair or big boxes, longest side up to 6 ft, up to 50 lb
- Extra large: furniture or appliances, longest side up to 8 ft, up to 100 lb
A package heavier than its card allows goes on the next card up. For example, a shoebox that weighs 20 lb is a Medium. Over 100 lb, contact us for a quote.
Which speed should I choose?
Rush when it can't wait: driven straight there within hours. Same-day for delivery today. Next-day for our best price. Scheduled to pick the day and delivery window. Each speed page explains the cutoffs.
Can I send to several addresses from one pickup?
Yes. Add as many drop-offs as you need when you book. Each address is priced by its own driving distance from the pickup, and from 2 drop-offs a discount comes off every stop: 10% for 2 to 4 stops, 15% for 5 to 9, and 20% for 10 or more.
Prices and payment
How is the price worked out?
Three things set the price: the service you choose, the largest package going to each address, and the driving distance from the pickup. There are two flat prices: City, up to 20 km, and GTA, from 20 to 40 km. Beyond 40 km, a charge per km is added. Extra packages and any extras you ask for, such as a return trip, are added, and discounts come off. You see the fixed price, every part of it and the tax before you book. From $9.99 + HST.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Your price is fixed when you book: you see every part of it, with tax, before you confirm, and no fuel surcharge is added later. A charge is added afterwards only if one of these happens on the day: the courier waits longer than the free minutes, nobody can receive the delivery and it needs another try or a return, or you cancel after a courier is on the way. Our terms explain these charges.
Do your prices include tax?
Prices are shown before tax, and your total always includes HST. Your receipt shows both.
How do discounts work?
They come off automatically, with nothing to type:
- Several stops from one pickup: 10% off every stop for 2 to 4 stops, 15% for 5 to 9, and 20% for 10 or more.
- Welcome offer: 20% off your first 3 deliveries when you open a free account, used within 60 days. Each drop-off address counts as one delivery, however many packages go there.
- Business volume: 5% off when you sent 21 to 50 deliveries last month, 8% from 51. Sending over 100 a month? Talk to us about custom rates.
All discounts together never take more than 30% off.
Can I use a promo code?
Yes, one promo code per order. A promo code can't be combined with the welcome offer.
