How Scheduled works →Fixed price before you book. Two flat prices: City up to 20 km, GTA from 20 to 40 km (driving distance from the pickup). Starting prices are for the smallest size in the City, before HST 13%.
Every delivery includes
- Live tracking. A private link shows where your delivery is and when it should arrive.
- Photo proof. The courier photographs every delivery at the door. Documents and business deliveries also get a signature.
- Updates by text and email. The person receiving gets a text when it's on the way and when it arrives.
- Coverage. Every delivery is covered for loss or damage up to the included amount. You can declare a higher value when you book.
- A fixed price before you book. You see every part of the price, with HST, before you pay. Nothing is added at checkout.
Two flat prices
Every speed has two flat prices, set by the driving distance from the pickup: City, up to 20 km, and GTA, from 20 to 40 km. Beyond 40 km, a set amount per km is added. The trip is priced at your largest package, and extra packages to the same address add a fee by size. From $9.99 + HST.
Sending to many places?
Book several drop-offs from one pickup and save. From 2 drop-offs, a multi-drop discount comes off every stop: 10% for 2 to 4 drop-offs, 15% for 5 to 9 and 20% for 10 or more. It works with Same-day, Next-day and Scheduled.
