When a delivery can't be made
Sometimes nobody is there, the address is wrong, or the building is closed. The courier records why, takes a photo, and we contact you to arrange another try or a return. You never have to guess what happened.

Privacy
Photos show the item and where it was left, and couriers are asked to avoid people's faces. Tracking links stop working after a set time, and photos are kept only as long as our privacy policy says.
